RecommendedI bought a car from Mike Kinney (I think that’s his last name) in pre-owned sales and I couldn’t be more happier. My car did need a new battery shortly after I purchased it, but Mike made sure that I was taken care of and even called me after to be sure they got it back to me in time. I got an oil change and tire rotation months ago, everything was fine. Went back for the same thing and turns out they did not return my wheel lock so they couldn’t do the tire rotation. They ordered me a new one so I went in to get my tire rotation and the new wheel lock. Waited over an hour for them to not do a tire rotation because it wouldn’t be worth it since I was getting new tires soon. DON’T GO THIS DEALER!!!! We brought out car in for programming and when we received the car back it was programmed, even that wasnt done as we had asked for it to be done but they had done major body damage scraping our bumper and cracking the passenger fender, see picture (my car has a hidden cam)!!!!

Just bought a vehicle from Sapaugh yesterday. If you are looking for a vehicle ask for Kevin Stanfill. Super helpful and able to get a lot of things figured out (#’s) before we even got there during these crazy times. I thinks it’s the 6th vehicle we got from there.. always shop around endlessly but end up there.
Had issues with the service department 2 years ago with my traverse. They messed up up my ac and refused to fix it. I recently bought a brand new traverse and because of the convenience of having this dealership close to home decided against my better judgement to take it there to have my tires rotated and an oil change.
