Car was sent there for some upgrades and a simple fix, what ended up only supposedly taking a day at most lead to 3 days! When I called to ask progress on my car, they couldn’t locate my car for over an hour that was on their lot. I spoke to Nick in service informing him a severe storm was heading into area, and would like my Cadillac pulled into a bay or under cover from the storm, as it is when I have it at home so there’s no damage, he tells me he can’t pull it in, they don’t have room for it and that it would fall under ... read more
RecommendedBryan Ogle was our salesman. It was raining that day and he brought the Acadia into the inside out of the weather. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered our questions. The staff was very helpful and friendly . I recommend them to any friends or people looking for a vehicle.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Nick in the service department and June in customer service! Both were fantastic! I had to spend several hours in the waiting area while my car was being fixed and June went out of her way to make sure every single customer was taken care of and happy.
