Brought my mom for a mani pedi and to get a waxing. It hasn’t even been a week since she got her nails done and they are lifting. She had to come in Saturday the day after we got them done and they simply glued one of the nails back and it still popped off we came in today to request a full refund for her nails and they’re refusing to give a refund instead they want to fix it they had the opportunity to fix it and they didn’t. I love Lily. She is very good at what she does. I make sure to ask for her.If she's not there I will not go till her next work day.
The few times I've been here I've had good service until this last visit. I went in for a full set acrylic. I bought My own gel nail polish. Didn't think to ask if there was going to be an additional charge since I've never been charged extra for bringing my own regular nail polish (non gel). Come check time she tells me it's going go be $45. I said why so much? She said I charge you $15 for gel. I told her I brought my own, I didn't use theirs. Came in for a fill. Got told it would be $40 even after I showed her their website clearly states $35. She said the extra $5 was for getting a different color than I had before. I’ve NEVER been charged extra for a different color. I chose black over a maroon because black would or SHOULD obviously cover any color. On top of getting charged extra I leave and I’m sunlights see that my nails look horrendous. She didn’t even put the powder over my whole nails. What a waste of money.

They did a good job just a little to pricy for me 50 for a dip nails I normally pay 40 everywhere else
Two of my grand daughter's love this place. I treat them every once in awhile cause I don't like going to a nail place to get a manicure. I've felt comfortable there.
