Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Not that I have seen Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are also great with children and very attentive to the individual patients needs.
