They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new
