Had an appointment to request my son be tested for lupus. Dismissed all of his symptoms. Said rash in his body was dry skin and couldn’t be lupus because it’s not on his face. Ignored the fact he has some hair loss. Said his frequent headaches he gets especially during the summer were normal and the heat affects us all. Dr. Santos is the first medical doctor that I've seen that was rude and didn't like being asked questions. As a mother with expressed concerns she took them very lightly and answered me with a tone that was very unprofessional. i would never take my children to her again. .
