I recently purchased a Suzuki from Mauro and the team at Santos Cycles and it could not have gone any better. I drove down from Jacksonville and passed many other shops on the way to buy from them. Never ever had a better experience buying a motorcycle and I've had many of them. Got my Harley with them and Mauro made it so nice and easy and he still answers all my phone calls and provide assistance on the spot every time. You can buy a bike anywhere but what happens after you buy it makes the difference. Trust me !
Excellent buying experience! A few days after I purchased a motorcycle from Santos one of the fork seals started to leak. Mauro (owner) told me he would take care of it and the mechanic came in on his day off just to replace them free of charge! A+++ Sales and Service! Will definitely be using Santos Cycles for all of my future motorcycle needs.
I can't think Santos Cycles enough. They mounted and balanced my white walls on my Sportster and qiuck, also the best price in town.
Can't say Thank You enough. Broke down beside the road during Bike Week 2017. Phil on site fast and back for repairs.Great people and quality shop.
bike week 2017 broke down in front of there shop they came out and pushed the bike right in n got it on a lift they diagnosed the problem sent out got parts coming right away and worked overtime above n beyond the call of duty got me on the road that evening Mike n Phill u guys rock!! forever grateful for 2 new friends
