I cannot say enough great things about Santos Cycles. This was my first time purchasing a motorcycle, and I was doing it all the way from Alaska. Mauro went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me figure out logistics and getting me the best deal. With a 4 hour time difference, there were times Mauro was working at 11pm/12am east coast time. I bought a beautiful Ural from Santos Cycles. When you buy a used motorcycle online it's always a gamble. You just never know i the bike is going to be as good as the pictures or the seller says.... not in this cause. Mauro was absolutely great to deal with, very responsive, the bike is even better than I was expecting - it arrived in pristine condition - could not be happier. Highly recommend!

Santos Cycles has the best service I have ever received from a motorcycle shop. Mauro and his guys are the coolest dudes. Their hospitality is great. I highly recommend Santos Cycles to anyone. You want a nice motorcycle, go to them. You want your motorcycle worked on, go to them. You will not be disappointed.
Exceptional service!! From start to finish the guys at Santos Cycles have treated me right and fair. I can not say enough good about these guys; bought a 2004 Heritage and you would have thought this thing was new as nice as it is. They only deal with quality stuff and they back up their words with actions and that means a lot in today's age.
