Ride on the phone when ringing about things and when I went to shop I stood waiting for service for 25 minutes, myself and another guy walked out he mentioned hasn’t changed still hopeless, met same guy 20 minutes later at stihl dealer in kangaroo flat where we both spent a lot of money. Customer service goes a long way being polite doesn’t cost a cent but can cost a business a lot.
No patience at all when asking for assistance. Spoke to Ross, if I didn’t tell him exactly what I wanted, he was not interested even in the slightest trying to help. Needs a refresher on customer service. Hopefully he is not the manager or owner for the sake of the other staff and the customer service example he sets.
I Would recommend Santons, their wealth of knowledge made sure I purchased the right ride on mower for my requirements
Really disappointed with our experience in store. Told the part would be in nxt few days, over a week later and 3 phone call's; each time being told that they would call us back, but never did. Finally got the mower part needed, Next time we'll buying online.
