Twice now I’ve given this place a chance, first time (15 months ago) stood with a disgruntled old feels from whycheproof while staff talked about nothing shop related for 10 minutes to another fella neither of us got help, just so happened I was chasing a stihl ms661 and old fella wanted few stihl things for his farm so I googled other stihl dealers and we both went to Bendigo outdoor power equipment and got what we wanted within minutes. Fixed my mower quickly and for a decent price. Runs smoothly now and saved me from buying a new one.
Great service if you need spare parts for older machines.
Honest about what to expect bills are quoted correctly service is beyond expectations my go to for the almost unrepairable
2 services totalling over 800 dollars in spring 2023 and winter 2024. And still the saw does not work will not be back.Asked the store to check the bar oil tank which wasnt done in the first service was told it was. When returning with the saw second time stated I just wanted the tank replaced not to service the saw when I questioned the owner about charging for a second service I didn't ask for he took 10 dollars off the 400 bill I was gobsmacked will not be back here.
