Great service if you need spare parts for older machines.
Honest about what to expect bills are quoted correctly service is beyond expectations my go to for the almost unrepairable
2 services totalling over 800 dollars in spring 2023 and winter 2024. And still the saw does not work will not be back.Asked the store to check the bar oil tank which wasnt done in the first service was told it was. When returning with the saw second time stated I just wanted the tank replaced not to service the saw when I questioned the owner about charging for a second service I didn't ask for he took 10 dollars off the 400 bill I was gobsmacked will not be back here.

Ride on the phone when ringing about things and when I went to shop I stood waiting for service for 25 minutes, myself and another guy walked out he mentioned hasn’t changed still hopeless, met same guy 20 minutes later at stihl dealer in kangaroo flat where we both spent a lot of money. Customer service goes a long way being polite doesn’t cost a cent but can cost a business a lot.
