Fast, Professional, on time, quality painting and repair work at a good price. I have used Lucio several times for my own house and referred his services to several friends and neighbors. Nobody has been disappointed!
Santiago Paint bid competitively, showed up on time, met the schedule and the cost for the project. Lucio has a great professional crew, they did some small interior work and painted my entire outside. Quality was excellent. I upgraded the paint to us and no additional cost.. I took one star away because if you move to far away from things other than painting they will not be competitive.
We have used them for a couple of painting projects. They are fair priced and efficient. Would continue to use them.
