Gave us a side salsa cooked with shrimp even though I said my husband was allergic. Management promised to mail a gift card to “reimburse” which never showed up. New manager prefers to blame the customer for ordering a separate meal containing shrimp than to take ownership and fix it.

The best Mexican food, hands down. Excellent margaritas, I would recommend the cucumber or coconut! Awesome guacamole, and amazing menu items. Good customer service.
My family has been going to Santiagos for over15 yrs. We have had many family celebrations there. Great food, best margaritas and wonderful service. Love it

Food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Try the Serafin margarita. You won’t regret it. Best Mexican food in the area!
