The fact that people love this Mexican chain just shows you how desperate they are for decent Mexican food! The place is a complete rip off! If you order two tacos they might be adequate but if you order 4 tacos those shells will be stuffed into the same container and the same amount of contents for 2 tacos will be spread for the four. The place is a sham! Please somebody open up a decent three star fast food Mexican restaurant.
When Santiago's first opened me and my daughter ordered a extra crispy stuffed smothered sopapilla. The dough was half raw and sticky. We complained about it and the owner apologize and made us new ones. 2 weeks ago I called in an order. 4 extra crispy stuffed sopapillas and 4 extra crispy chili rellanos plain. They said it would be done in 25 minutes. I went to pick up my order and I had to wait another 20 minutes. They had not even started my order yet.
