Nice people...grateful for the services rendered at N. Pike W SumterSC
I don’t like this place. The usual receptionist is extremely rude and ignorant every time I come here. I’ve also been harassed here by multiple patients multiple times, almost never feel safe here either. Somehow counselors simultaneously act biased and fence-sitting. If you’re looking for long-term therapy options to improve mental health this place possibly could be for you, but it definitely was not for me.👎
I haven't even gone to this place yet. I have only spoken to a couple people on the phone about setting up services and they were SO KIND! They answered my questions and were so nice. I can't wait to go see them and get the help I need and know I will receive!
The up front staff is very unprofessional. They talk about patients as so as they leave and it can be heard out in the waiting lobby. They have no respect for the field that they are in, and they look down on people with disabilities.
I have a awesome Psychiatrist Dr. DELEHGINGER and my Therapist Ms. Julie Watt's!! I was sadden that, Ms. Watts left to move on to her new journey!! They both are helping me to understand my mental health problems!! Thank you,
