The staff at Santana actually filled my eyes with tears of joy today. My daughter lost her medicine while traveling. She is at a new job and struggling to get done with all the things she needs to. They worked quickly over the phone and via text with my daughter to pull her appointment up and make it extremely convenient for her to quickly get the help she needed. The medicine is on the way to her pharmacy and I could not be happier. I was getting worried about her.
The front staff was great and super helpful with appointments and information. Denise is very helpful and understanding, as well as really effective in her work. Outstanding!
