The office staff are attentive and friendly. In the 24 years that I have been a patient, I have always been ushered into the "chair" at my appointed time. I appreicate that I've never had to wait even 5 minutes to see the hygienist or the dentist. Love the renovated office space!
The team at Santa Monica Bay Dental is always... The team at Santa Monica Bay Dental is always friendly and consultative. I always leave learning something I'm excited to implement that I never knew! They are merciful as I was running about 10 minutes late and got me out the door in 50 minutes so that I didn't run the risk of getting a ticket. I like that the team seamlessly works together and that Dr. Feist can step in for Dr. Lent, and vise-versa. Thanks for all you do!

Have been coming here for years but now find myself looking for a new dentist since they no longer accept my CIGNA dental insurance. Office is friendly and clean, Dr. Feist is thorough and kind. I am conflicted since I must take advantage of the insurance I pay a lot of money for and find a dentist who still takes it.
