Amazing from start to finish! Lauren was wonderful giving me a tour of the beautiful office, everyone was very attentive and explained to me exactly what they were doing (which is great, considering most people know nothing about dentistry), the checkup/exam was as thorough as I'd ever seen, and everyone was incredibly nice. By FAR the best medical experience I've ever had.

The team at Santa Monica Bay Dental is always friendly and consultative. I always leave learning something I'm excited to implement that I never knew! They are merciful as I was running about 10 minutes late and got me out the door in 50 minutes so that I didn't run the risk of getting a ticket. I like that the team seamlessly works together and that Dr. Feist can step in for Dr. Lent, and vise-versa. Thanks for all you do!
The office staff are attentive and friendly. ... The office staff are attentive and friendly. In the 24 years that I have been a patient, I have always been ushered into the "chair" at my appointed time. I appreicate that I've never had to wait even 5 minutes to see the hygienist or the dentist. Love the renovated office space!
