The parking on this place is horrible, everybody block everybody.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place doesn’t care about their patients. My poor mother who is elderly was scheduled for cataract surgery. She arrived at 10 am on an empty stomach from the night before for her surgery. It was 3:00 and she still had not gone in. She didn’t leave until around 4:30. I was waiting for hours. She was starving. No one cared. Terrible service
Told to be here at 5:30am. Drove 4 hours and arrived on time to find the doors locked and nobody here. Extremely unprofessional!
Buenos dias. Un centro donde mis padres los dos fueron operados. Por parte de lo que es la cirugía y seguimiento es bueno. PERO LA FALTA DE COORDONACION Y LA ESPERA PARA EL PROCESO DE LA CIRUGIA ES TERRIBLE.... la mayoría de los pacientes son mayores y deben de tener en cuenta este falta de coordinación planificación. Por mi parte es terrible .... mi familiar es Diabetico 4h de espera de que llegamos a que lo entraron para la cirugía. Terrible terrible....
