Consistently positive experience so far. I love the trees and bright space around the property, the layout of our townhouse, and how quiet and peaceful the whole complex is. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been very positive as well. They're so friendly and quick to help if I have a question, and the whole online management system is very organized and modern. Absolutely recommend.

Management should pay attention to fixing the apartments and getting the fleas and ticks and bugs out. There focus on towing people's car. We paying a good amount of rent money and now we can have no visitors because the cars will get towed and its $500 bucks. Manager should be aware of how economy is like right now. His focus on destroying people's income to the fullest. Heartless person. There's like 40 units open to be rented out so there is parking space for everyone. All the apartments are old , toilets, vanities , showers are all old the fans on baths are very noisy , kitchen cabinets are old and have holes on the back that allow rats to coming in. I did lived there for three years at the end they keep my deposit and charge me an extra $500 course they said they need to replace the carpet ! They keep outside very clean , but the apartment need to be upgrade, including windows !

Living here has been such a nice experience so far. My favorite things are how quickly management responds to questions and requests, how quickly repairs and maintenance are dealt with, and how beautiful and quiet this complex is. When we moved in, the place was spotless, smelled lovely, and looked amazing.

New management sucks. They started micro managing parking and even when you register a guest vehicle on their parking pass site, they'll still threaten to tow.
