Well, I ranked Santa Fe a 2, but in reality there was no category that applied to my experience. I walked into the restaurant and told the hostess I was going to eat at the bar. At least 3 employees crossed my path enroute. Once at the bar, I had time to view the menu and decide on my choice, ate a dozen peanuts and watched barkeep fill a draft beer for a waitress. All the while I was never greeted in any way, much less did anyone acknowledge me or take my order. Needless to say I walked out! Disappointing! �
Their wait staff and management has always been very very poor here! I would give them zero stars if I could. Out of the many times I have been there the wait staff has always been slow and 3/4 of the time the order is wrong and when you send it back 1/4 of those times they come back wrong again!!! Just ridiculous!!! I stopped going there for a couple years and then thought I would try again....nope same experience.
For the first time, it look longer than ever to place the order the when it came out it was wrong. They made it right but one of our steaks was over cooked. Services was good and normally I would have given them s 5 star but not this time. Taste was good.

Takeout is a waste of your time and money! 40 min for 2 salads. Chicken salad had 3 bite size pieces and fried batter pieces. Rolls are small and dry and not fresh! Very disappointed.
