ordered 3 Medium well steaks, got cooked Well steaks that were dry! waitress kept rolling her eyes each time was asked for drink, ordered broccoli and fries for sides.... she said “oh I brought you double fries instead”. Asked for salsa for my nachos, she brought me ketchup. didn’t even send back because don’t want our food spit in... her attitude stunk! We use to love Santa Fe, well not anymore!
We had take out for our family and the food was awesome. We had plenty for everyone with left overs for later this week. We will be ordering again. Thank you for the awesome food and service!!!
Good place to get good food. Comfortable atmosphere where you can have group meetings or a nice dinner with the family.
I really love to eat here. I live in LaPlace. we always bring a crowd in when we come. We especially love the ribs; their so tender and Just right. I highly recommend this place. Last night we went and the ribs were over cooked and slightly burnt. The kids hamburgers were burnt. We sent it back and the hamburger came back fine but the ribs came back not so good again. We were sadly disappointed to have decided on this restaurant tonight. We waited over 30 minutes as we were told there was a wait. When I approached the hostess stand to ask how much longer the wait would be as people who came in after us were already being seated, the rude hostess told me “they called us at 8:39.” The 5 of us in our party never heard her and there were zero apologies made. Sante Fe was by far one of the worst dining experiences we have had. The waitress spoke rudely and seemed bothered to have customers. She never brought the silverware we asked for (we had three sets for four people), she didn’t refill our drinks and disappeared for most of our time there, even though the place was practically empty. Only one person’s meal in our party was cooked thoroughly.
