Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating does a great job keeping our air conditioner and heating units in tip-top shape. John Hamilton came out today for our preventive maintenance. He showed up on time. He took time to explain to us the condition of our system and only suggested a filter needed up date. They are a company you can trust to be honest with you. We look forward to seeing them again in October for our fall maintenance.
John Hamilton came out today for our Spring preventive maintenance today and did an excellent job. He topped off our coolant and did an inspection of our system. We're good to go now for another typical hot Kansas summer. If you're not on a PMA (Planned Maintenance Agreement) with Santa Fe Air, I would suggest you sign up for one right away. You get excellent service with the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable people in the industry. Thank you John & Santa Fe Air.
The service technicians are always prompt and courteous. They're very good to explain everything they need to do. We always have a pleasant experience when dealing with Santa Fe.
I have been with Santa Fe AC/Htg for about 16/17 years and have been very pleased with the contract plan and semi annual check ups. First time for J. Hamilton to service the units today and he was exceptional. Very pleasant, called to tell me when he would arrive, respectful of property and very informative as to what he was going to do and what he did do and left a full report. You can send him again. Ed with Santa Fe was out today and took care of my A/C. If you don't have the Santa Fe service plan and you live in Gardner Kansas, you need to call them on Monday to set up an inspection and get a plan started today. It has saved me twice this year. Thanks Ed an the Santa Fe team for taking care of us this year!
