John did an outstanding job and the service plan is an investment.
I'm usually the one home when Santa Fe comes to service our HVAC. The tech is always very informative and friendly. And as far as I can remember they are on time (usually on the early side of the time frame)!

We have used Santa Fe a couple times now. Three summers ago, our air conditioner quit on one of the hottest days of the summer. Santa Fe came out that day and the tech guy was really good about figuring out the issue and explaining it to me. He even described the part and what the cost was going to be. I have been using Santa Fe for several years. The techs have always been knowledgeable and done a very good job.
Will do business with no other! Santa Fe Air's service plan is an awesome deal. Their service techs are knowledgeable and always patiently answer my many questions. If they set an appointment, they are on time. They know their stuff and always come when called!
Once again SF came though at a very needed time. I called because our heater quit working. Dan came within 30 minutes of my call and fixed my heater quickly. Although it did cost me a little money, at least I didn't have to replace the unit yet!! Thank you for always being quick to respond and fixing everything. I appreciate your honesty as well!!
I had a heating and AC unit installed. The Service Tech and Installers were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. I had several estimates and Santa Fe came in below the others. On installation day, the installers were absolutely awesome. Santa Fe, its Techs and Installers greatly exceeded my expectations and you won't find better anywhere else!!
5/13/15, Just had my air conditioner inspection completed for the summer. Could not of had a better service technician (John H.) do the inspection. He was very professional and courteous. I thank you Santa Fe for providing me with dependable and professional service for over 25 years.
