I contacted Paul at Santa Cruz Pool and Spa to get an estimate on cleaning and servicing our pool. The pool looked more like a pond not a swimming pool. Paul got right back to me and we scheduled a site meeting within days. He gave me a cost to return the pool blue again. With in days and weeks the pool was looking fantastic. I highly recommend Paul and his staff for any swimming pool and hot tub needs. He will now service our pool on a monthly basis.

Paul, the owner, is fantastic. He was extremely patient over several phone calls before we chose to hire him for our vacation rental property. He is very available and easy to communicate with. On his first service he did a full spa re-fresh (deep clean) and has done several weekly services since then. The spa has never looked more sparkly blue and clear! Paul is reliable, knowledgeable. detail oriented, and committed to providing great service. I highly recommend Santa Cruz Pool and Spa!

They did an incredible job of balancing the pool chemicals and cleaning both pool and spa. They're attentive and happy to answer any questions we have with the maintenance of our pool & spa!
