I am really disappointed. I had purchased a 3 pack of massages (at full price) and was emailed an infuriating letter stating that the business "has officially dissolved" but then went on to state that they have since "rebranded and started a new business" but that they "cannot, however, credit you for the prepaid credits you obtained" -- and some odd comment about a restraining order. I'm sorry but where I'm from -- 1) Taking money from people for services to be rendered, 2) dissolving the business, 3) reopening the business... read more
Our massages were great when we had them. We like it so much that both my wife and I bought 3 packs to go back. Now we can't get in touch with anyone, and Yelp says you're out of business. Please reach out to me so we can either get out money back or schedule the massages.

Bought a groupon for this place despite some bad reviews. Should have listened. Spent over a month trying to get ANYONE on the phone on varying days of the week and times. I left multiple messages and never heard back despite the answering machine assuring me a response within 48 hours. After everything I decided to just get my money back and I had to apologize to my girl friend for having to basically return our anniversary gift. I'm glad Scott can post to the company page although he nor Lauryn has the decency to call my boyfriend back after not honoring our massage appointment this past Saturday. We waited for over 45 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt and after a no show to the appointment, we have not been able to reach either of them for a refund. Santa Barbara Wine Spa had no hesitation to charge his credit card. What a complete rip off and lack of professionalism. Best massage ever!! I have been twice and cannot wait to be pampered once again.
I suffer from chronic back pain and this place is my ultimate pain reliever. I have been a client for over a year now and they not only do the best massages in town but the most amazing therapeutic body work. I recommend the deep tissue massage; it can be quite painful however it's all about how you feel afterward. Can't wait for my next appointment!
Everyone at Santa Barbara Wine Spa made my group and I feel so special!!!!!! The massages were out of this world!!!!!! The atmosphere is relaxing and the location is perfect for shopping !!!!
