Same issues as everyone else. Bought a package deal. Tried to schedule massage. Took weeks to get ahold of someone. Showed up for scheduled massage sat there for 45 minutes..Door locked and of course can't get ahold of anyone. Finally they called me and lied to me saying I never showed up so they gave my massage to a walk in (even though I was standing outside). Lost out on a lot of money. Hopefully the people running this get caught and in some trouble!!

Had been coming here on and off for two years since I loved getting massages from Angel. We bought a spa package 2 months ago and if our calls were ever returned, we were told that they were "booked out" and to call back. The SB Wine Spa is now "out of business" or under a new name and won't return our money. Credit card company is looking into fraud charges.

Beware- get ready to get ripped-off! Terrible business with terrible ethics. I bought package of 3 90min massages. Wine Spa would not reply to numerous messages trying to schedule my appointments. Finally after wks of leaving messages I was able to reach Lauren Haber by texting her cell phone. She said it was harassment that I left so many messages trying to schedule a massage.
