I love it here the manager and staff are very friendly and I've been here a long time they are someone like a family everyone gets along and they are very understanding they try to help you and I think I'm the only one that been here a long time and I really do love my manager and staff

i recommend that this is one hell of a nice place to live, i lived here going on 5 years. if it wasnt a nice place to live i would have been years ago.. a very friend staff that care about what is wrong are if there is a problem there right on top of it. sometime i think the stafff is from outterspace, lol just kidding but a wonder place to be giveba try.. you will like what you. get .... have a nice day
the management is great and it's also a quiet place to live
these people told my truck because the sticker was at the top instead of the bottom I paid my rent all the time on time I'm a good resident how are they going to Target their residence do not move here it will eventually find a way to Target you there's not many residents here anymore so they need to get somebody not recommended at all the manager in the maintenance are very nice and get everything done right but the owners and the tow truck companies are thieves I tow truck company over here is Towing Solutions they are Ste... read more

Santa Barbara gardens is one of the best places I've lived in since I stayed in Texas I have been here a year and a half and I have no complaints.. love Carmen she's the best
