My family and I had an amazing time! John was so patient and full of knowledge. We were all a bit nervous to kayak since we are novice swimmers but we felt very safe with John. We are grateful for the experience the Santa Barbara Adventure Company provided us city dwellers. If you have any hesitation, rest assured, this is the company to go with. It is definitely a California experience! Thanks for everything!

Instructor didn't show exceeding knowledge of surfing but overall was a good experience.
We had an incredible tour to the Painted Caves. The boat had awesome beds with pillows and blankets for the ride. We had a large breakfast and hot lunch. The crew were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The views were awesome. We saw whales, dolphins, and tons of sea lions. I would definitely recommend going on this tour and hope to go again some day!
What an awesome day! We surfed for the first time with Alex and had a super memorable time. Taking two kids out on the water solo was easy with an instructor as chill and encouraging as Alex. My kids kept at surfing the entire lesson and even requested to go another day! Thank you Alex for the wonderful experience. Sincerely- Nebraska
Had the best time doing the fun paddle around the Marina and under the Santa Barbara pier. Mel our guide was awesome, she was so knowledgeable and funny. We will definitely be back to do the Cave Paddle and will be asking for Mel to guide us.

Spent the weekend in Santa Barbara for my birthday and wanted to try something that we haven't done yet so we did the fun paddle, and it was awesome!! Will and Pierce made it fun. We paddled out to the buoy and saw some seal lions loungeing out. My group and I had a great time! Definitely would recommend this.
Thanks for an incredible sea kayaking adventure on Santa Cruz in Channel Islands National Park! After three hours of traffic and a misunderstanding with another outfitter, you guys really saved the day and showed us an awesome time. Well worth the money, especially with the wetsuits and extra outfitting that made paddling super comfy. I wish we could have taken pictures. Thanks Chuck and Laird!
