Had such a great kayaking trip last week with our guide, Laird! He was so knowledgeable about the caves and did great helping us with our three kids. We even had seals in one of the caves with us! I definitely recommend the Discovery Tour if you have kids!
We booked surfing lessons and the kayak trip to the painted caves. We were on a father-son trip and we could not have had any more fun. The staff on both trips were fun and helpful. I highly recommend both trips.
Cannot say enough good things about our trip to the Channel Islands. Perfect day. We saw sea lions up close which was awesome. There were dolphins, whales, harbor seals and tons of birds. Guides were great at keeping everything smooth and running along. Very first class!!! It’s expensive but worth every penny. My kids said it was life event.
Had a fantastic time on the 2-hour basic kayaking tour of Santa Barbara Harbor. Pablo and Pierce were so entertaining, knowledgable, and made my first ocean kayaking experience a blast! Highly recommend.
We did the Channel Islands tour. We are avid kayakers and I’m an instructor. This tour was appropriate for beginners but still enjoyable and interesting for experienced paddlers. Chuck, our guide, was great to work with: good judgement and attention to safety, without dwelling on it; great local knowledge and enthusiasm.
My wife and I did the Refugio State Park kayak tour last week, Nov. 15th. The trip was great: we had beautiful weather, fine quiet and flat water kayaking, saw tons of dolphins and a few seals, and had lunch on a deserted beach served by our guide Scott. Scott's knowledge of the area was impressive, history as well as present day facts, and he was easy to listen to. What a great way to experience the Santa Barbara Area.
