Once you come to this place, make sure you don't have nothing to do all day because appointment doesn't mean anything. Patient waiting. I saw the doctor she is playing with her phone. that's why I was waiting there 40 minutes in the waiting room. Poor management. I was there 10:20 . Go check your camera. And don't lie
Says they are open until 4pm. Even called the number for the office saying open until 4pm and were closed early. Waste of time.
I have been coming here for years and never really had an issue until about a year ago when they had hired a new receptionist. She didn’t know how to navigate the website for insurance coverage which is understandable considering she was a new hire, however she had no trainer with her. Now fast forward to 01/12/2024.
