I am pleased to have found a reliable, knowledgeable dentist so close to my home. The receptionist Sandra was even willing to text me for booking purposes since I am Hard-of-Hearing, minimally speaking, and rely on relay services to make and receive phone calls. My former employer's minimal-coverage dental insurance only covered spoken-language interpreters but not ASL interpreters. I am pleased to have found a reliable, knowledgeable dentist so close to my home. The receptionist Sandra was even willing to text me for booking purposes since I am Hard-of-Hearing, semi-verbal and rely on relay services to make and receive phone calls. We communicate typing notes on devices since it’s the only reliable way for non-signers to communicate with me.
