Took my car just to have a tire checked. They tell me i need a rental so i go to get my wallet out my car and it was stolen with my cash and cards ! All the cameras in that building and they did nothing but tell me to do a police report ! Never again

Came all the way from FL and oh ave to say the staff was Extremely Friendly ! Made us feel right at home Jamil our sales men was awesome and sold us a beautiful 2015 Optima. HORRIBLE SERVICE AS WELL COMPANY!!!! I bought 3 cars from avenel n I'm so thankful the dealership has taught a lot of valuable lessons on WARRANTEES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE . As of this date I still can't reach any corporate level to get reimbursed on WARRANTEES n gap insurance . Please anyone looking to buy a car stay away from ANY SANSONE DEALERS !!!! They take your money n u never get service ! Please take my advice as well as my experiences 3 strikes UR Out !
Liars. Treat you like gold when buying after that you are on your own . Horrible service , managers dont care . I cant wait to my lease is up . I will never buy from them and would not recommend
