I don't like walking in service centers but this place takes the stress away...I felt like they were honest with me and explained step by step what they are doing. And it is clean.
I have had my 2nd great experience purchasing a car from Sansone Jr's. They made everything so easy for me and were willing to go above and beyond to make the decision without any pressure. I have also had the same excellent service when using the service department. I highly recommend this dealership.
Worked with salesman George and general manager to get the job done. Spoke to other Nissan dealers in area, trust me start here and finish here. The service was top notch to include staying till nearly midnight and attempting to order food for me and my fiancé. Thanks to the whole team.
Do not ever buy a car from this dealer. They are not trustworthy. Do not ever deal with Rocco. Horrible service. I am a manager and will never treat my customers the way he treats his customer. He is your typical stereotype of a sleazy car salesmen
I liked my salesman Ron and the process overall. The weak link is the MVP accessories division. It's run by a Tony, or as I like to call him shrugs. That's his answer to every problem. Here is a sample conversation with Shrugs, Me " my truck is making a lot of noise in the suspension". Shrugs says "it's your tow hitch". Me " I don't have a tow hitch". Tony says "are you sure?"
