If you want to be greeted by pigs and hoodrats visit the office but, if you want to greeted by bugs, spiders, roaches, cockroaches, moth, dog feces, loud noises, neighbors, poor management and a landlord that appears to have or need a personal psychiatrist, go for it. They have a high turnover for tenants, managers and everything else. Looks one way but, is certainly another. Cindy Pennell, the manager that manages nothing not, even her own mouth and personal life, is the worst manager I've ever communicated with. There have been at least 8 managers and 17 assistant managers, they hire anyone through temporary agencies and most look and act like they were hired from the projects or homeless shelter.
