Caring and receptive to my needs. Never had a bad experience!
Dr. Basu might be the greatest doctor ever but I will never know. I've been suffering from chronic headaches for over year and finally my doctor decided that I needed to see a pain management doctor. I had to wait for over a month for my first consultation. The day of my first appointment, I received a call and was told that unfortunately my appointment would have to be rescheduled (4 weeks later) because they couldn't verify my insurance because the website was down. Worst doctor experience ever! The girl at the front counter acts like she is irritated if you have questions, especially one she struggles to answer effectively. The back office girl made me wait for 2 hours to be seen. Her excuse was that I filled out the forms with the date I downloaded them instead of the date I went into the office. The doctor then lied to me about the delay, made excuses for her staff, then had me escorted out by two people without refunding my co-pay. HIGHLY UNETHICAL!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!
my name is Velvet & Dr. Basu has been my doctor for many years. She is a wonderful & caring doctor. she always takes as much time as needed and is always very compassionate. i truly thank God for her everyday, if not for her with all thats wrong with me i would not be able to crawl out of bed in the mornings. She is a very special doctor and person.
