Great management company. Responsive staff, quick feedback. Personal approach to each client.
I lived in a condo managed by this real estate company for a year. When the water pressure in the house dropped, they came and fixed it within a day. They also responded to urgent messages, even on weekends. After my lease ended and I moved out, they continued to assist me by collecting my mail and staying in touch, even though I no longer had access to the property. My experience with Sanpra Property Management has been appalling from the moment they took over managing the building back in May, that I have lived in for the last 3 years. On Saturday I sent an email and called them after noticing my kitchen sink was spewing black debris water to get someone in to deal with it before it flooded my kitchen.
