Professionals! Sanks installed my Navien tankless water heater two years ago. Unfortunately, the heater had issues. Sanks was able to negotiate on my behalf and get Navien to give us a new replacement heater at no cost. They also discounted the labor for me. I called them at 6:30am and they answer the phone and get someone scheduled right away. Sanks is reliable, fair and easy to work with. If something goes wrong they have your back. Will continue to use them!
These guys installed all of the HVAC in my business (5000+ sq ft). The install went smoothly. I’ve had a service call or two since then (very minor stuff) and they’ve come out quickly, on-time, and were very professional and prompt. I highly recommend.
