The staff is always friendly and calming no matter how busy or what delays may come up. Dr.K always takes time to greet, discuss and answer questions you might have. I told him recently he could not retire yet. Wonderful doctor and staff!

My previous colonoscopy was in a different state at a hospital. This was a 1000% better experience! Dr. Khetarpal took time to talk and listen to me. Same was true for his entire staff of professionals. Each knew their job but did not hesitate to help if needed or to have a conversation. Everyone did an A+ job at ensuring I was comfortable and informed. The whole process was completed within the promised amount of time. Professional while being personable.

the whole office was very nice during my visit, i had my first colonoscopy and he made me feel so relaxed before and was very nice. the whole office made me feel welcomed and not ashamed. overall i was very pleased with everyone. very sweet and communicative.
Everyone made me feel very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and explained step by step what they were doing. Dr. Khetarpal was wonderful, he also explained everything very thoroughly to me.
Doctor was great. Staff was great. Very professional and personable without being too clinical.
