My husband and I have seen Dr. Khetarpal for a very long time. There is no doctor who is more trustworthy or more knowledgeable or more kind. Dr. Khetarpal has it all. We thank God for him!!! This past year, we changed to all Cleveland Clinic doctors, but we did not change our gastroenterologist because we already have the best of the best. Simply put, Dr. Khetarpal is a brilliant and beloved physician and an outstanding individual.
Dr. Khetarpals staff and nurses are very friendly and make you feel at ease. My visit went smoothly with no pain after my procedure.
Every person I have encountered in this office over the years has been helpful and friendly. Dr. Khetarpal is wonderful. He is caring but also has an honest, no-nonsense way with his patients. I appreciate that. I recommend his office to anyone who asks.
Office staff was nice. Helpful. (Would recommend offering a heated blanket. I was really cold until I asked for one. ) All my questions were answered. After years w Dr. Gurney (who has retired), I was happy with Dr. Ketarpal, who was very kind and pleasant and answered all my questions. I also liked the information on the Discharge papers.
Dr. Khetarpal was friendly and kind. He made me feel at ease about the procedure. His staff went above and beyond and displayed a genuine love of their job making every effort to make me comfortable. I highly recommend Dr.Khetarpal and his staff.
