MY FAMILY HAS USED DR. KHETERPAL FOR DECADES - OBVIOUSLY WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CARE WE HAVE RECEIVED.
The Dr and staffing were kind and professional. Only recommendation is if for what ever reason you may be running behind the schedule inform the patients who are waiting.
This is the third visit to Dr K in the last 15 years. Once agss as in a very positive experience to a procedure that causes negative thoughts in most people. His staff is great and puts you at ease. The anesthesiologist was great and of course I found Dr K to be his jovial, caring, professional self. After I woke up from procedure he touched base with me and discussed results, which was a clean bill of health. This was my first experience with Dr. Khetarpal. I found him to be very pleasant. He eliminated any fears I had. Also his staff is made of nice, confident people. The procedure was quick and easy just as he had said it would be.
Dr Kheterphal not only does his surgeries fantastically he also takes the time to insure you understand and follows through with what needs to be done for you and your family. Love his bedside manner. He gave me and extra year with my husband after he was passed off by his primary doctor as just an ulcer. He is the best!!
The entire staff was above competent. Their kindness, empathy & professionalism did so much to keeping me calm. They didn’t ignore me as they were preparing me & when I lay on the “bed” waiting as they got everything ready. The doctor came & spoke to me first…so impressive. I totally felt cared for!
From the receptionist, to the nurses aide setting me up, to the person administering me the sedative, to Dr. Keterpal, and then finally the discharge nurse…was a wonderful, pain free, easy going, professional and respectful experience I have ever had with a doctor. In and out in under 2 hours. They have great bedside manner and kept me calm and before I knew it, it was over and I was on my way home.
I was very pleased with Dr. Khetarpal. But scheduling is terrible.
