I met with Dr. Wasan and he was patient, answered all my questions, and felt he truly engaged and listened to my concerns. I had a quite a few polyps on my first exam with Dr. W. My first colonoscopy was an eye opener as I had way more polyps than other family members at same age. He is professional, kind, interested in his patients and caring.
Dr. Wasan is one of the most compassionate caring doctors I've been to. I was terrified to have an endoscopy done, but he explained the procedure to me and everything went fine. So relieved to have a doctor I can fully trust! He came highly recommended by another one of his patients as well as my primary care doctor.
Dr. Wasan has a good bedside manner, and will try to help you in anyway he can. However, be forewarned: have them first confirm with your insurance anything that they're ordering you to do, such as tests. I have been saddled with a $600 allergy testing bill from Quest Diagnostics that was ordered by Dr. Wasan, but not authorized through Aetna first and insurance will not pay for it. Dr. Wasan's office was quick to say "no" to meeting me halfway with the bill. I trusted them, but have learned.
Dr Wasan is awesome! Very good listener and informative. His staff on the other hand are very dry not much personality. They can be short with you and forget about a smile or a laugh. I don’t need them to be my best friend, just nice to me.
Dr. Wasan came highly recommended to me from another patient. He is through when asking about your issue and explaining how the problem needs to be addressed. It's great to feel as if you are his top priority. Staff are kind and attentive. I'm very pleased to be a patient at this practice. R. Smith
I had a very unfortunate experience with this practice. I was incorrectly charged $200 for a cancelled appointment even though I had cancelled my appointment well in advance. It was the staff's word against mine. A very unfortunate way to treat new patients. The staff at the practice are unprofessional and have a bad attitude towards patients. There are other better practices with more professional clinic staff. I would highly recommend you do not use this practice.
Very compassionate and understanding. I have anxiety and he has always made sure that I'm comfortable and aware of everything that is happening.
