Dr. Desai performed a needle fasciotomy on the cords in my left hand resulting from Dupuytrens Contracture. He is highly skilled and efficient. The procedure was painless (except for the sting of the lidocaine injection) and couldn’t have taken more than 5 minutes. The very competent and pleasant lab personnel fabricated for me a custom splint promptly following the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Desai for needle fasciotomy for Dupuytrens.
I found Dr Desai and his office personnel to be friendly and professional. Dr. Desai is a competent and skilled surgeon. He was easy to speak with and communicated well what the surgery would be & the expected outcome. I do not anticipate needing more surgery but I would certainly afford myself the benefit of his experience if necessary.

Dr Desai has performed two carpal tunnel release surgeries on me and I was very happy with the surgical outcomes. I am currently seeing him for issues with trigger finger and continue to be highly satisfied with his professionalism and his emphasis on presenting options for a given problem. Good listener and always very respectful. Highly recommend him !
My follow up visit with Dr. Desai regarding my trigger finger ended up with a trigger release procedure that was performed in the office. Finger now bends! Dr Desai and his office staff were very informative and extremely friendly!

Dr. Despite addressed my condition and took the time to explain all of my options. He was gracious enough to refer me to another ortho surgeon, as I will be leaving the area before I will need to have the surgery.
He’s been upfront about treatment for my trigger finger. Very pleasant. Used him almost 20 years ago so obviously I trust him.
