Dr. Sharma and his staff ROCK!! I have never been so impressed with a dr. as I was with him. I am needing a very personal surgery (Breast Reduction) and was very nervous about it. Dr. Sharma spent almost an hour with me explaining what I needed and exactly what he would be doing for this surgery. I have never felt so comfortable with any dr as I was with him. His staff is extremely helpful with everything you need to do. If you are looking for a Hand or Reconstructive Surgeon go see him.
I cannot say enough incredible things about my experience with Dr. Sharma and his team. From the first appointment, I felt extremely welcomed and through through the last follow up appointment I always left feeling well taken care of. Dr. Sharma has excellent bedside manners and took time to answer any questions I had along the way. I will recommend him over and over again!
Dr. Sharma and his staff have been wonderful throughout this process. It is comforting to know that in our most trying physical hour there are individuals with the technical medical skills and the compassion to make care bearable. Dr. Sharma fixed a severe fracture of the 5th metacarpal for me that required multiple plates and screws. The recovery has been swift. The scar has been healing wonderfully, and my mobility has been coming back very quickly. I give his office a 10 of 10!
I was completely pleased with my level of care and results after surgery. He is a fantastic surgeon with a delightful bedside manner, which is hard to find these days.
Dr. Sharma took my case after two failed surgeries and quickly made a plan to surgically restore full function to my hand. You don’t know what you have until it’s gone! And now my hand function is fully restored. Dr. Sharma and his staff are devoted to the best of care and his follow-up is outstanding.

Dr. Sharma performed 2 procedures for me: a carpal tunnel release (RH), and another to clean up a different surgeon's less-than-successful tendon repair (LH). Every aspect of the treatment was professional & thorough: diagnosis/evaluation, the cutting, the after-care, rehab . . . all of it. Good surgeon, good team. I work as a massage therapist. Trusting Dr. Sharma & his team with my hands meant trusting them with my livelihood. I've done it twice; and would do it again.
My son experienced a finger fracture, and Dr Sharma was great with providing immediate surgery, and pain relief. Dr Sharma ensure me everything would be safe and fast, and as he stated, it was!! He informed me immediately after surgery on my son recovery and provided detailed pictures and explanations of the procedure. My son was pleased with the surgery, the recovery and the physical therapy team.
