I just switched to this practice because my doctor here didn’t take insurance. I am on a medication that I’ve been on for over 20 years and that you CANNOT stop taking cold turkey. I requested a refill on Thursday. On Friday I emailed to ask about it and was told that patients currently in the office take priority. Wow.
