This company is the worst company to work for. Very high turnover. I was told at the location I patrolled I was the 51st guard to come through. Not to bring my check because they would not cash it due to the company never having the funds to cover the check. Upon quitting they will tell you your check is in the mail however dispatch will tell you the check is sitting on EMMA or CONNIE desk and has been for weeks. I cannot believe this company is still in business. The dispatchers speak to you like you're an imbecile, the lieutenants that do on site check ups sexually harass the female guards without a second thought and even though Sanjac patrols for Walmart guards cannot cash payroll checks at Walmart because of too many returned checks. In a six month time period my paycheck was unable to be cashed on payday a minimum of 5 times.
