This job is the worst job to work for I'm still waiting on three check from them , they came out of contract with Walmart An left us without a job since the 8 An we call all week but star always lying saying she checking the account or at the bank , I beg you please don't work here

I am an ex who could not cash checks in a timely way. Sadly SJ rarely had funds on hand to pay. While I had a cash reserve to handle this the homeless who worked for these sad people did not. This caused near violence on payday. Their front end people had to have guts to hand out rubber checks. When I finally moved on my final check took months to resolve. Last I checked on Google they had declared bankruptcy and had quite a list of claiments. My prayer is that present and past employees would get paid in a timely way and th... read more

This is the worst company ever to work for. They do not care about there employees and checks are always late and never no funds available. Even when company is reported they still get away with there filth. If it wasn't for me calling the Authorities I probably would've never received my 3 checks that were just sitting on there desk.

LoL..... I quit after 3 days.. This company is a joke. Overworked and underpaid. One guard told them his father passed and they told him to give the name and number of the funeral home so they could verify. How insensitive....... Checking on guards like they're children is ridiculous. The 2 supervisors were promoted to the position after 4 days of being guards and don't know anything! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO LABOR BOARD, TWC, STATE OF TEXAS AND EEOC.

It deserves 0 stars!!!!! Emma McSwain is rude trailer park trash. She talks to guards like they are beneath her. Unless you work round the clock with no complaints then you're fine. They only pay $8 an hour!!!!!!! 1 supervisor was demoted because HE WASN'T MEAN ENOUGH TO THE GUARDS!!!!! Company cars are ALWAYS running hot..... catching on fire..... hotels for roaches....... The building is just as bad INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!! No security cameras so you're pretty much on your own. They hide checks, lie about mailing them, ... read more

CHECKS ALWAYS BOUNCING. OVERTIME HARDLY EVER PAID. IF YOU ASK FOR A CERTAIN SHIFT THEY WILL TELL YOU NO AND HIRE A NEW PERSON AND GIVE IT TO THEM. SENIORITY MEANS NOTHING!!!!! PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ALSO GO AROUND TALKING ABOUT CERTAIN COWORKERS PRIVATE AFFAIRS. ONE WENT TELLING EVERYONE THAT 1 FEMALE WORKER IS A FEW THOUSAND AWAY FROM BECOMING A MALE. We contracted them for our store. Their guards were great, especially the last female we had from August to November of this year. Always on time and very professional. However the company is horrible. We had to stop cashing their checks because they were always bouncing. You call to complain about certain guards and depending on who you get they will do nothing about it if it's a guard they like. 2 Caucasian guards worked strictly Monday - Friday and the African American guard worked every single weekend and overnight. Emma McSwain is a very rude individual. She runs around like it's her company but it is the former chief of humble or conroe police department. Very unsafe building worth roaches everywhere and no security. Imagine that...... a security company with absolutely no security!!!! They withhold paychecks illegally. Talk to you like you are beneath them and then get mad when you quit. They will tell you your are guaranteed 40 hours but with such a high turnover you wool be working 50+ hours with them having the nerve to get upse... read more
