I watch the news. 36 families got uprooted from their homes with no notice. Fear of a mudslide after their construction. Never heard a word about them helping the families
Bogus that in 2021 they charge a fee to pay them online.. Never had to deal with something like this not being a part of my water bill until moving here and it is definitely more than I've had to pay for this anywhere else I've lived too... Update 2024, changed banks and updated it in autopay before the payment was due yet they billed the non-existent bank account and charged me a fee rather than the new bank account, I found out about this through a letter sent by their collection department telling me to pay ASAP or I'll b... read more
