I got a televisit , because my insurance requires it to get a Covid test , the doctor said candidly that he can't prescribe it if if he should because they have guidelines that impose them to save money to the insurance . I objected that I pay a hefty $7000 a year in insurance , but he answered he don't care, insurances do not want to pay , so I had to go to a government center. I asked him if it was legal he said rudely he does not care. I am shocked , this sound illegal to my modest opinion .
I was seen by Dr Christina Perez at this facility and was very happy with the way I was treated. She is a very caring doctor.
Was supposed to meet with a doctor this morning “virtually” at 9:20 am. I was waiting for 40 MINUTES and he never showed. It’s a virtual meeting how hard is it to show up? The more I keep giving Sanitas another chance the more disappointed I become. I lost an hour of work, waiting for the Doctor. Super unprofessional, waste of my time. UPDATE: they claim to have already called me and set an appointment with them this is not true! Lol
You can't have access to your primary doctor's practice/office ever ... Forget about setting up an appointment or to get a simple referral to see an specialist...Instead you only can get in touch with a call center in Texas where they have pretty standard answers for everyone calling. DONT WALK - RUN AWAY FROM SANITAS. LOCATION IN COCONUT GROVE IS THE WORST. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY EMPLOYEES.
Came here with my daughter and the service was great.Christina at the front desk went out of her way to help us ,she was very knowledgeable and professional.Came in for my daughter and ended up making an appointment for myself.Highly recommend
