Pésimo servicio no se de dónde saquen a los doctores pero la doctora Jessica akuna no sabe lo que hace 2 veces fui con ella y las dos veces me recetó lo mismo si una vez no funcionó porque lo haría la segunda vez pero bueno solo fue una perdida de tiempo, les doi una estrella porque el personal de recepción es amable y los enfermos igual pero los doctores dejan mucho que desear, jamás regresaría a ese lugar y menos con esa doctora
Nobody picks up at the office. I took off a day of work for an MRI that I had a prescription for. NJ Imaging Network told me that the paperwork was incorrect but it should be an easy fix they just had to call the office. Except nobody picked up, for 40 minutes. And their voice mailbox is full. I have been unsuccessfully trying to get in contact with anyone for four full days. I took off work for the MRI and wasted a day for no reason. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ZOC DOC REVIEWS WHEN BOOKING WITH DOCTOR JESSICA AKUNNA!!! I was and my experience with her left me in tears leading me to read these reviews and realize I am not alone. If I could give her 0 stars I would. She is not someone you would want to come in contact with when seeking care. The two stars are only for her manager who I spoke with after my visit who was very sincere and apologetic as well as all of the front desk staff who tried to comfort me. The doctors are good. They work closely with the patients needs. The problem with this center is the front desk employee. Real bad service when you are trying to contact your doctor. The phone is never answered the voicemail mail is always full you can't leave a message. I have to drive to the center unnecessary to just ask a question. that could be answered over the phone unbelievable.
