During my six day stay (conference / training) I had fantastic service from the staff. My 5 stars is for the people who took care of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING with a smile and great customer service. So, that said, I do have some things that I was not happy with. The food. There is little to nothing that I could eat plant based and "salad" gets old real quick. Meals came with very little vegetables on the plate, they were more like a garnish. The bathtub. Great stay! Beautiful scenery. Big rooms in the Captiva Towers.. Gary & Dillon were very helpful and accomodating! Anything we needed they helped us get it. We will return!
This place was so dirty, wish this site let me post pictures before you book go through trip advisor and see what many Marriott rewards members have to say. Wish I could post pictures here, we told both the hotel and Marriott Customer service about our experience and received a canned email. If you don't mind dirt and out of date hotels rooms with stained carpet, dirty bathtubs, dirty pools and stained furniture this is your place.
