Bar staff gentleman was rude,and nasty, another waitress at the bar couldn't get an order for 2 people correct after 3 times.. ac wouldn't cool off room, fridge didn't get cold, bathroom sink wouldn't drain due to stopper kept falling and not being able to get it back up, rooms didn't have extra toiletries such as tp..just the little bit on roll..elevators get stuck..I can go on..but the matress was comfy and pretty hotel..I don't recommend and won't stay here again

On October 13th a small group of my friends and I stayed at this hotel for my 30th birthday. About 6pm we heard a knock on the door and said we had a noise complaint and could we quiet down. We respected that and did so. We left shortly after, we returned to the hotel at about 2:00 a.m and could not get in our room. We were sitting in the hallway, very quietly that I could hear other guests TVs. We hosted my mothers 50th party here at the W Midtown! Everything was amazing and the rooms were wonderful! Def will stay here next time and always! Great location close to everything!
We love this Resort big rooms with whirlpools big nice pools. Movies at the pool. Best golf practice course in Orlando
